RELEASE NOTES : I know you're all remembering that FiNaLe released
an encode of this movie a few days ago. You would
be right. The problem is, it wasn't THEIR encode.
This very rip was stolen off of one of our affils
by an upper member of FiNaLe who also happened to
be a siteop. This is a very serious claim, so this
is the proof that we have:
1. Logs from the site that this theft took place
showing this FiNaLe member downloading our release.
An exerpt from those logs:

(**** is the same FiNaLe dude's username.)
Also note that there are significant time zone
differences which causes the sitelog to show Sep 20
at 1 & 2am. FiNaLe's pre occured when it was Sep 20
in many places in the world. Their own rars are
timestamped with 11:03pm on the 19th.
2. The dates on all our rars and avi and subs have
an older date than when FiNaLe released their encode.
3. The two files have the exact same average audio
bitrate (to at least 3 decimals), the same video
resolution, framerate, and use the same custom
quantization matrix.
4. The placement of every single keyframe matches
between the two rips.
5. The FiNaLe rip is 731,179,008 bytes while our
encode is 732,700,672 bytes. However, FiNaLe's is
only 165993 frames long while ours is 167014. If
our encode were to be cut (with Nandub as that is
what was used by FiNaLe) to 165993 frames, the result
is a file with the exact same filesize as FiNaLe's.
6. Based on the above, the 2 rips are obviously from
the same source encode. Those above characteristics
can't happen unless that's the case.
7. How can you tell that we didn't just take FiNaLe's
rip and try to pretend that it's ours? Other than the
dating issue, our encode is longer which we couldn't
do if we'd used their source. Our subs are vobsubs
instead of their srt (the conversion of which is also
non-reversible)
8. Why would we make something like this up? I'd much
rather spend my time encoding.
So there you have it. Despite FiNaLe's efforts to
disguise what they'd done, it's here in black &
white. This is also not the only release that was
taken. Our encode of Le Amiche was also released by
FiNaLe (this time without even modifying the avi at
all, the CRCs match exactly) and there are probably
some other victims that have yet to speak out or
notice what had transpired.
I encourage EVERYONE that has any involvement with
FiNaLe or their members to be take note of this
incident and procede as they deem fit. FiNaLe was
aware that we had caught them red-handed but
unfortunately decided not to come forward themselves.
I would request that all nukers nuke the the releases
The.Blue.Light.2003.DVDRip.XviD-FiNaLe and
Le.Amiche.1955.DVDRip.XviD-FiNaLe. For everyone that
has leeched these two releases, I don't believe that
it is necessary to download our releases as FiNaLe's
are almost identical, but it might be useful to pick
up our vobsubs.
