It takes you into the recording studio on Norfolk Island wher eKasey recorded her groundbreaking solo debut album 'The Captain' in 1997 to in-depth, never-before-seen intervew footage that was recorded in July 2002 at brother Nash's Beach House Studio.

Other highlights include interviews with Lucinda Williams, Buddy Miller and Emylou Harris plus many more rare life performances, interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.

Also included are 10 live tracks which were recorded specifically for this release at ABC Studios in Sydney on January 19th, 2002. Performances include the never before released, Patti Griffin song "Top Of The World", Lucinda Williams' "Changed The Locks" and the #1 single "
