The film is bit long, but still one of the more entertaining dutch films made in the last ten years. The acting is okay, the directing fresh and the cinematography stunning. In some ways the cinematography seems of a specific Dutch school that we have seen more often in Dutch films recently. It's powerful, dramatic and exentric. Other films who have that are Met Grote Blijdschap and Amnesia (of which the last one is the better film).
