铁桥三(刘家勇 饰)发觉林县官与镇南医局主持孟平(汤锦棠 饰)勾结贩毒，被追杀，幸得渔家女采娇(惠英红 饰)所救。采娇干爹醉公公(黄虾 饰)介绍铁到欧阳洪的杂货店送货，因而认识酒楼伙计老鼠仔(岑潜波 饰)。林与孟查知铁下落，欲加害铁，反而使欧阳洪无辜被害。铁逃入海幢寺，得玄光大师传授五郎八卦棍，遂与老鼠仔往找孟平报仇……

惠英红在1977年进入邵氏电影公司当演员，曾主演许多的电影，尤其以她主演的武侠片最受观众的欢迎如《射雕英雄传》、《痲疯怪拳》和《******印返取；萦⒑煊?979年担当女主角，与刘家勇和林辉煌连手同演参演罗棋作品《痲疯怪拳》。
《痲疯怪拳》为当年是卖座的电影，也是邵氏的经典武侠片。剧情讲述怪拳、怪招和怪师父的故事。片中怪人出手相救，恶贼被打得落荒而逃。惠英红所擅长饰演的角色有侠女、打女和苦难深重的女人等招牌角色。惠英红在七十年代红火一时，屏幕的形象也很好，且精擅武艺，深受观众的喜爱。
