◎简　　介　

The son of an African chief, young Khanyiso Phalo was torn from his family by British soldiers and sent to England where he studied to be a doctor. Coming home to Africa in 1913 at the height of racist Colonial rule, he meets an English woman, Margret Harding. Falling in love in a time and place where their feelings are taboo, their romance whips up racist outrage.
