Release.notes!...: Okay bad.ivtc I do understand, but the source is PAL (check
Delta.Fever.1987.PAL.DVDR-Ltu), so how I am supposed to invert telecine PAL source?
As far as I know that function works on NTSC sources only. That DVD is probably
VHS2NTSC2PAL (there is some info in the google).

So, dear nuker, if you are going to nuke this rerip again for bad.ivtc then please
send me a list of plugins and scripts to make a fine proper release. After more
than two weeks of research this is the best result I got.
