The documentary film brimming with opinions of Slovenian and foreign experts, political decision-makers and cannabis users, contributes to the revival of the polemic regarding the position of cannabis in the Slovenian society. While a new action plan for the field of drugs and psychotropic substances is being devised by the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, the summary report might serve as the basis to form more realistic and more effective policies, although warning incessantly about cogent arguments that, even half a century after the first provisions on global prohibition were passed, still make cannabis also in Slovenia the core of the long-lost war against drugs. Recommended to anybody having a more liberal attitude towards using the prohibited substance.
