◎简　　介　

四品大官马麟大带着弟弟麟举和麟祥到彩虹村当知县，马麟大本性贪婪，心术不正，二弟马麟举举止粗魯而且好色，三弟马麟祥与两个兄长截然不同，行侠张义，在途中离开两个哥哥。麟大到任后，发现彩虹村內的居民淳朴受礼，相敬如宾。麟大觉得人性不应是本善的，就离间村民感情，想从中获利。相国夫人的侄女紫云，貌美如花，在林中巧遇麟祥，两人一见钟情。高傲美丽的紫云，误以为麟祥是神仙下凡而倾慕於他。在一次危难之中，紫云为救麟祥而失掉心爱纸扇，麟祥为补偿她的损失向村女阿香请教方法，却被紫云误以为两人有私情，十分生气。麟举也见到紫云，心存不軌。彩虹村居民受了麟大兄弟鼓惑，人人自私自利，于是村內乱做一团……
