◎简　　介　

本片讲述了一对年轻的英国夫妇在澳大利亚人烟稀少的地区旅行时发生的离奇事件。年轻的英国夫妇Sophie和Alex在澳大利亚旅行途中遇见了一个奇怪的美国人Taylor，他们决定舍弃常规的旅行地点，不去白沙滩而是深入到人烟稀少的内地。但是，随着夕阳西下，他们行驶在红土地上，Alex开始觉得和Taylor一起旅行是个错误。尤其是当Taylor对Sophie表现出了非同寻常的兴趣，而Alex却无力阻止。随着夜幕降临，Alex神秘的消失在夜色之中，Sophie感到十分悲伤，同时却也觉得得到了解脱——Alex并非想她想象的那么好。于是，她同意与Taylor一同去下一个村镇，途中她对Taylor也产生了好感……
