　　影片继续着两年前的故事，由于迈克尔的特殊身份所引起的这场旷日持久的“吸血鬼－狼人”大战依然在继续着。黑暗的世界里，到处都可见狼人与吸血鬼在血腥的嘶咬和拼杀中嚎叫、死去。

　　随着战争升级，人类也被卷入进来，颇具正义感的塞琳娜（凯特·贝金塞尔）以及迈克尔欲凭自己微薄之力尽快结束这场杀戮避免更多的生灵遭涂炭。然而，令他们意想不到的是，黑暗世界的阴谋家们密谋已久的阴谋终于实现了——一个背生翅膀的恐怖怪物“如约”般地诞生。这个杀人机器的诞生使吸血鬼、狼人和人类都面临死亡的劫难。包括现代吸血鬼之父维克多（比尔·奈伊）在内的所有人也都在寻求着铲除这一恶魔的方法。

[PLOT]

        As the adventure continues, the saga of war between vampires and werewolves. Selene, the vampire
        "death dealer" who's now fighting to stop the release of the original "Lycan" werewolf, William from
        the prison that's held him for centuries. As we learn from the film's action-packed prologue,
        William and his brother Marcus began the bloodline of vampires and werewolves, and after witnessing
        centuries of warfare between them, their immortal father Corvinus now seeks Selene and the human
        vampire/lycan hybrid Michael to put an end to the war perpetuated by Victor, the vampire warrior
        whose betrayal of Selene turns Underworld: Evolution into an epic tale of familial revenge.
