◎简　　介　

This documentary follows the high-speed action of the 2004 NASCAR season. The year saw a major change in how the driving champion was crowned. In years past, the   drivers accumulated points over the course of the entire racing season, sometimes leading to the year\'s champion being known with many races left to go on the schedule.   Starting this season, with ten races left to go, the top ten drivers were put into a playoff situation. Those ten drivers\' points were reset to zero and only the points they earned in the last ten races were counted toward winning the championship. The film contains footage of such popular competitors as Jeff Gordon, Dale Ernhardt Jr., and Kurt Busch.
