◎简　　介　
A movie about France role as a colonial power in Morocco.He returns to Morocco searching for peace of mind and becomes involved in the life and dreams of a photographer, Reda, who has wasted his life, and a belly dancer, Aida, who has an illegitimate son. Nour-Eddine Lakhmari examines the guilt, passivity and powerlessness of this trio and of the villagers whose factory work is slowly killing them and the French soldiers who concealed their crimes. In his earlier short films, Lakhmari demonstrated his gifts as a storyteller and now, in his first feature, he examines the unforgettable pain caused to Morocco by the French occupation, not by talking directly about the war, but by focusing on the universal nature of human guilt.
