◎简　　介　

　　克里斯·沃恩(Chris Vaughn)在美国特种部队服役8年，退役之后返回家乡华盛顿洲，准备接管家族的木材生意，可是回到这里他才发现，这里已不复昔日的宁静了，整个小镇都笼罩在犯罪、毒品和暴力的阴影之下，充满了邪恶和恐惧的气氛，父亲的木材场变为了一个肮脏混乱的赌场，从前的女友沦落成为其中的一名艳舞女郎。高中时的对头杰伊·汉密尔顿(Jay Hamilton)关闭了从前兴旺的木材场，带领一群嚣张的黑帮终日为所欲为，闹得乡邻不得安宁。
　　在老朋友雷·坦伯顿(Ray Templeton)的帮助下，克里斯成为了镇上的治安官，他又拿起从前用过的4英尺的霰弹枪，重新成为了一名维护正义的战士，发誓要将恶势力赶出家乡，然而野心勃勃的汉密尔顿怎会肯善罢甘休，一场打倒“土豪劣绅”的美国版家乡保卫战开始了……
