Beautifully made movie about FDR's time at a spa he helped could help him regenerate the strength in his crippled legs. There are a lot of wonderful things in this movie. The way in which FDRs struggles change him from a charismatic, superficial politician into a man of great feeling, and how this same adversity changes Eleanor, Joseph Sargents flawless, unobtrusive direction, a whole cast that bring truth and quiet dignity to their roles, but above all else is Kenneth Branagh's incredible performance as FDR. He makes FDR so real and lets you appreciate and understand the man so thoroughly that if he doesn't win an Emmy it will be a crime. This is definitely a must-see movie.
