◎简　　介　





寿梨（成海璃子饰）是个平凡的女孩，她如今小学6年级。在学校里，寿梨总是配合朋友们一起行动，从不特立独行。而在家里，她努力扮演乖女儿，希望总是吵架的父亲（石原良纯饰）和母亲（石原真理子饰）能够和好如初。不敢我行我素的寿梨非常羡慕活泼大方的班干部日南子。寿梨因为报考某中学失败休息了一段时间，回到学校后，她惊讶地发现原来班里的红人日南子竟然被全班同学孤立了。毕业典礼那天，日南子和寿梨碰巧单独被留在了教室里。日南子告诉她，如今被大家欺负的自己是“伪我”，而过去意气风发的自己才是“真我”。日南子的坚强促使寿梨也吐露出自己的感受。

寿梨升上了初中，和日南子还是同学，日南子依然被班上的同学漠视。寿梨努力让日南子和大家打成一片，却徒劳无功。另一方面，双亲也终于离婚，寿梨跟着母亲搬进新家，开始了新生活。

一转眼，寿梨成了高中生，喜欢写小说的她加入了憧憬以久的文学部。然而每天还是要过着迎合他人生活，这令寿梨觉得非常无聊却又无可奈何。听说日南子转学去了山梨县。寿梨心血来潮以“小鸟”的名义发了一条手机短信给日南子，开始叙述自编的《日奈和小鸟的故事》。故事里的日奈是人气转校生，过着愉快的日子。日南子起初并不打理，但渐渐喜欢上了这个故事。她开始模仿日奈的举动，由此成功地改变了自己处境。寿梨为日南子的改变而高兴。她把这个短信编织起来的故事交给了文学部的指导老师（高冈苍甫饰），获得了赞扬，老师还鼓励她正式出书。

不久后，日南子感到日奈依然只是“伪我”，又开始烦恼了起来。寿梨的母亲有了新恋人（田口智朗饰），令寿梨无法接受，而同学们又把在校庆活动上发言这个麻烦差事强行派到了毫不起眼的寿梨的头上。寿梨将自己面对的问题也写进故事里，塑造出勇敢面对压力努力主张自我的小鸟的形象。然而小说是小说，现实是现实。无论日南子和寿梨怎样去想象日奈和小鸟的故事，无论她们怎样渴望理想的自我，她们依然生活在现实中。

一天，寿梨出乎意料地接到了来自日南子的电话，她迎来了人生的重大转变……

本片拍摄时间约为一个月，2006年8月19日开拍，9月21日杀青；

拍摄的第一场戏是寿梨一家人在家门前合影的场面。那天气温超过34度，但演员们不得不裹着长袖戏衣出镜，不一会儿就已经是挥汗如雨...
