　　故事发生在1969年，阿波罗11号飞船即将升空。奈特和伙伴IQ、斯库特尽管只是三只普普通通的苍蝇，然而也为这一盛事激动不已。奈特的爷爷曾经跟奈特讲过自己藏在著名女飞行员艾米丽特的飞机上，与其一起飞跃大西洋的故事。这次奈特也想仿效爷爷的做法，借此成为第一只登上月球的昆虫。经过一番周折后，苍蝇奈特终于成功登陆月球，然而没想到苏联因为恼怒于在太空竞赛中的失败，决定派遣间谍苍蝇，暗地里破坏阿波罗11号的航程。在这危急关头，奈特必须要及时制止它们的阴谋……
