◎简　　介　

爱莉森·布兰德曼是一名医科新生，刚入学不久的她就要面对自己从医之路上的第一个巨大障碍--人体解剖课。在课上，爱莉森必须鼓起勇气面对一排排森严的尸体，并且学会克服对死亡的恐惧。解剖课的第一天，当爱莉森揭开躺在自己面前的尸体上的床单时，突然产生了一种异样的感觉，仿佛实验室里突然多出了一个人在注视她。爱莉森将这种感觉告诉了教授，但漫不经心的教授并没有把这件事当真，还当着全班同学的面嘲笑了她，说这是最正常不过的，医科新生都会出现的神经过敏症状。然而，当爱莉森的一个朋友被发现死在地下室的时候，爱莉森的担忧开始与日俱增。她决心要彻底查出事情的真相，阻止那个在解剖室的怨灵，避免他唤醒更多和他一样不愿意捐献尸体，却因为各种原因躺在了解剖台上的怨灵，从而展开一场巨大的复仇……
