关于BT被封的方法

这几天BT不幸被封了，
试过各种方法包括：
改端口1－65535，
用socks4或5代理，
都上不了3KB/S。
现在很多人用这个公司的网的都很郁闷。
有没有有人有更好的方法？

我感觉速度慢的原因是ISP封掉了外部BT连接的一些端口，
使得下载时的优先级降低，
有时尽管我在努力的上传，
但是经过相当长的时间还是得到一个"Low-ID"。
最终使得不能正常下载。

对了我们的网路有点和别人不一样的地方是：
我们拨通dsl后还需要登陆ISP指定的VPN，
我后来试过不登陆VPN就能下载，
但是速度也没有以前快了。
登陆VPN后根本无法下载。
我用的是Cisco VPN Dailer（也是ISP指定的），
自己本地没什么可以设置的了，
不知道有没有其他VPN客户端能够更专业一些的。

在linux下就有几种封bt类软件的方法，可参考http://sourceforge.net/projects/l7-filter/
bt的协议是公开的，和http、ftp等协议一样，都同属第七层协议。
