MirandaIM是国外一款老牌的聚合聊天软件。MirandaIM的扩展性强大，因为它是一个完全开放的平台，通过加入各种插件来实现多样的功能，例如RSS，天气，电台，闹钟，邮件提示等等，当然最主要的功能还是各种聊天协议，QQ、ICQ、AIM、MSN、GTALK、Jabber(gtalk使用的协议)、Yahoo、Gadu-Gadu、Netsend以及其他一些聊天协议。

MirandaIM is a multi protocol instant messenger client for Windows. Miranda IMuses very little memory and is extremely fast. It requires noinstallation and can be fitted on a single floppy disc. Its powerfulplugin system makes Miranda IM very flexible. Only the most basicfeatures are built in, but there are currently more than 350 freeplugins available for download that allows users to extend thefunctionality of Miranda IM.

i couldn’t resist to the temptation to release build #13 on April, 13th :) Hopefully this build won’t be so bad.

In build #13:
- multiaccount-aware AimOscar protocol;
- new file transfer dialog design;
- multiple stabilization fixes for ICQ, Jabber;
- some fixes for MSN, tabSRMM, clist_nicer.
