登录一个网站显示 403 Forbidden，是个什么意思？

一个经常登录的网站，刚才登录显示“403 Forbidden“，下面还有一行“nginx/0.7.30”。

不懂，大家给看看是什么意思。是对方网站的问题？还是我这边ISP或机器设置的问题？

应该是对方的服务器设置出了问题,再等会去尝试.

403 Forbidden

   The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.
   Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated.
   If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make
   public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the
   reason for the refusal in the entity.  If the server does not wish to
   make this information available to the client, the status code 404
   (Not Found) can be used instead.
