need help

when I open  my computer and click drives （ C， D， or E ）， they do not open。 Instead， it showed me the messenger like “Windows can‘t find RECYCLER\S-1-4-88-10004975-100017253-100004378-3123。com”。Is it some kind of virus or system error?  I scaned all my computer with Norton and no virus was founded。 I am thinking to reinstall the system。 Does someone here give me another option to get rid of this problem？

好像是权限不对了呀。
你登录账号的权限是什么？
试用administrator的账号登录计算机试试。

用资料管理器打开，看是不是有个隐藏的autorun.ini文件存在
或者用命令提示符 attrib -h  -s c:\autorun.ini 看看

也很有可能的。
根目录下不应该有Autorun的文件。
