Michael and Linc are recaptured and sent back towards Fox River -- but they don't stay for the full trip; Sara changes her appearance; we meet Kim's boss; T-Bag adds another to his list of victims; Bellick has a new job at Fox River: inmate...

michael 和 linc 被抓住了，并且要被押解回fox river. 但是他们并没有完成这段旅程（这么说来他们又逃脱了）。
SARA改变了模样(把头发剪掉了或者染了？)。
T-BAG 为了得到前女友的新家地址，又害死了一个人：一个邮局的女职员DENISE。
BELLICK队长回到了FOX RIVER，这次是作为囚犯。。。25年有期。
特工KIM的上司露面了：一个50-60岁的男人。他从头到尾没有开口，要说的话全写在小本子上。

11月12日新增：
T-Bag goes postal to track down a missing Mrs. Hollander. Sucre's escape plane faces deadly turbulence. Bellick has the tables turned on him upon his return to Fox River Penitentiary. Michael and Lincoln are taken into custody to be transported back to Fox River, forcing Mahone and Kellerman to take drastic measures to ensure that the brothers make it to the prison morgue instead of their cells. And a surprising ally changes the game for everyone 。

t-bag 继续追踪他的前女友 mrs hollander.
小苏出逃的飞机碰上了致命的气流（这么说来最后只有他一个人上了飞机。。。）
bellick 被送回 fox river, 但是形势逆转了（这是说他被作为嫌犯押解回去）。
michael/linc 被押解回 fox river, mahone/kellerman 不得已采取取非常手段，好让兄弟俩直接进太平间。
（兄弟俩的）一个意外的盟军出现，改变了敌我双方的局势（这个人会是谁呢  ？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？）。

Mahone catches up with Michael and Linc, but the border patrol arrives at the scene before he can shoot them. This is bad news for Mahone and Kim, but not for Kellerman (or Michael and Linc). Meanwhile, T-Bag needs a new hand as he searches for Ms. Hollander, and he finds other female companionship (Sylva Kelegian); Bellick is denied bail and is running out of options, as is Sara; and Sucre must take a leap of faith when the Feds lock on to the plane carrying him to Mexico.

MAHONE追上了MICHAEL和LINC，但是边界巡逻队在MAHONE向他们开枪之前赶到了。这对MAHONE和KIM来说是坏消息，对KELLERMAN (还有MICHAEL/LINC) 来说是好事。T-BAG在寻找旧情人MS HOLLANDER的同时还需要一只新手。。。他还找到了个新女伴。BELLICK队长被拒绝保释，摆在他面前的选择不多了。SARA也一样。SUCRE逃往墨西哥的飞机被联邦警察盯上了，他只有孤注一掷(跳飞机逃生？！)。

- Sucre is taken in by an old Mexican man who sympathizes with Sucre's quest to find the woman he loves. When the Mexican police bring back Sucre after catching him in the old man's stolen car, the old man covers for Sucre and even gives him money for his trip.

Behaviorist: Ep.215 - Mahone and a "Behaviorist" disect a tape of Michael and Lincoln's "Declaration of Innocence". The "Behaviorist" concludes Lincoln is lying about Lisa Rix being the victim of a cover up, and lying about a suicide in the "Cutback Motel". The brothers are planning something in Des Moines. It involves the president. Michael transmits the message "The Water is Warm" via morse code with his hand during the airing of the tape. Mahone doesn't buy into these "leads" and tells given by the brothers because "they have a former secret service man with them".

He notes that they mentioned "800 miles in 12 hours" and were rather intrigued by a report about President Reynolds. He thinks they're planning to go after her.

Sasha: Ep.215 - Two teens, Matt and Sasha ask Haywire to buy them beer. In exchange, they'll buy food for his dog, now named Larry. They even offer to let him have a beer. Haywire declines the beer, citing that "My Dad used to drink." Haywire and Sasha share something in common, an abusive father. This rekindles some bad memories for Haywire, and he takes action to protect his new found friend.
Haywire 决定保护自己新结识的朋友sasha.

Widower: Ep.215 - Sucre turns up in Mexico and meets an old widower, who offers him a meal in exchange that Sucre can cook it for the both of them. Sucre takes him up on his offer, but steals his car afterwards. After being caught with the car by Mexican police, the old man tells them he gave Sucre the car and then passes on some cash to Sucre, giving him his blessing and wishing him luck with Maricruz.
