风雨兄弟，有事情耽误了，12点前怕是交不了。我加会班吧，不过觉得自己翻译得挺臭的

好了，好歹终于弄完了，有些东西我觉得翻的很牵强。困了，没有检查，自己看看吧，把错误的地方改改。


1、手动单轨小车（注：起重行业手拉葫芦上面的部件）

5、功能：手动单轨小车可悬挂在各式小型吊车或安装在固定的工字钢上，配以手拉葫芦组成完整的起重机械。对于工作效率要求不高的仓库、车间和电站，可作为安装、检修设备或吊运重物之用。
5. Function:The manual single-rail crab can hang at each type of small-size crane or install on the fixed I-steel, together with the manual hoist, form a complete lifting machinery. As for storehouse, workshop and power station, where no high work efficiency required, it  can be used in some installation, maintenance equipments ,or to hang and move heavies.

6、结构：起重量从0.5-10吨SDX－3型手动单轨小车，其结构如图所示，两对从动车轮分别装在左、右两块拉板上，两拉板上之间装有横梁并用螺栓联结，横梁上挂有吊环，链轮装在齿轮轴的一端，驱动链轮则齿轮致使主动车轮旋转，小车即可沿工字钢作往返移动。
6. The Structure: As for the SDX-3 model of manual single-rail crab, which capacity is from 0.5 to 10 tons, it's structure is show as the figure. There are two couples of driven wheel which be assembled respectively with the left and right trip shaft, between the trip shafts, the rest bar is fited, and jointed them using bolt. The slinger hangs on the rest bar. The chain wheel is assembled on one of the end of gear shaft, while the chain wheel be drived,  
the gear make drive wheel go round and round , so the crab could move along the I-steel back and forth.

9、规格及性能：起重量从0.5-10吨的SDX-3型手动单轨小车的规格及性能可参看图及表1、
9. Specication and Capability: As for the SDX-3 model of manual single-rail crab ,which capacity is from 0.5 to 10 tons , it's specication and capability is show as table 1:

10、安装：手动单轨小车的安装，必须根据工字钢的规格不同，以调整垫调整拉板内“D”尺寸（按表尺寸）。
10.Installation: During the installation of the manual single-rail crab, you must use the tab to adjust size of the "D" in the trip shaft(re. size in the table).

11、润滑：手动单轨小车所有润滑，必须每三个月注黄干油一次，以保证该机的正常工作。
11. Lubrication: In order to ensure the machine normal operations, you need lubricate everywhere need lubrication for manual single-rail crab. You must oil them with solid lubricant every three months.

12、使用与维护：（1）使用时不得超过小车铭牌上所规定的起重量。
（2）运送货物时，重物不得在人头上越过。
（3）操作者应站在与手链轮同一平面内拉动手链条，不要在与手链轮不同平面的斜向拉动手链条。
（4）拉动手链条时，用力应均匀和缓，不要用力过猛。
12. Use and maintenance: (1)During your work , you are required not to exceed the capacity marked on the nameplate of crab.
(2)When carrying  heavies using the crab, don't cross on the head of somebody.
(3)To pull the manual chain , operators should stand on the same level with the manual chain wheel. Don't pull the manual chain slantingly!
(4)You should pull the manual chain slowly and evenly.   

13、滚动轴承目录：所有轴承均根据GB276-64采用单列向心球轴承。
13. The catalog of rolling bearings: According to GB276-64, all of the rolling bearings use bosseyed annular ball bearings.

14、轴承代号、轴承用量（个）。

每看一次都可以找到一些别扭的或者错误的地方。风雨，我又简单改了改，在上面那些红色标出。

最好找个英文好的人看看语法吧，发现自己很多单复数和介词、冠词用的很随意，可能有问题。
