The company was conferred the "Hi-tech Enterprise" in Dec. of 1996 by Shanghai government.
Aiming at exploring a better business market in China, the company cooperate with Shanghai Zhixin Group to establish a joint venture in Shanghai named as "Shanghai AlliedSignal Zhxin Amorphous Metals Co., Ltd." in December, 1999.

The total registered capital reached US$ 3,545,833.-. Hence, the current new joint venture moved to Tian Shan Xi Road of Changning District in December, 2000.

Manufacturing Engineer(制造工程师) 上海市：


Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain Amorphous Metals core manufacturing process and standards
- Provide process technology documents and support for core manufacturing operation
- Promote and pursuit continuous manufacturing improvement efforts for quality, efficiency and productivity.
- Be responsible for technical training to staff and certify technical qualification to operators
- Provide technical support to customer complain
- Be involved in project engineering

Job Qualifications and Personnel Skills:

- BS degree in mechanical engineering or related major
- At least 2-3 years experience in a related manufacturing environment.
- With strong sense of dedication.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects.
- Management ability of leading others to complete projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage time and set priorities.
- Knowledge of statistical process control and computer equipment control
- Familiarity with computer equipment controls

  
  
Electrical Engineer 电气工程师 上海市：


Responsibilities:

- Able to complete electrical design and installation, commission of electrical maintenance and renovation project independently;
- Select electrical and electromechanical components for new machines;
- Integrate software with hardware, test and verify the product functions;
- Translate engineering concepts into workable solutions and coordinate design activities towards achieving technical goals;
- Regular communication with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and help them solve equipment problems;
- Responsible for detailed technical designs, drafting, manufacturing and testing of plant machines; including coordination of a variety of project
- Conduct activities in equipment management to ensure safe and normal production
- Promote and pursuit continuous manufacturing process improvement efforts for quality, efficiency and productivity.


Job Qualifications and Personnel Skills:

- BS degree in electrical automation or auto-control engineering or related major
- At least 2-3 years experience in a related manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in use of electrical testing equipment and overall knowledge of electrical standards
- Electrical maintenance experience on metals manufacturing equipments is preferred
- Familiar with commonly use office software’s applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both written and orally on multiple projects
- Management ability of leading others to complete projects
- Integrity, optimistic, willing to work under pressure
