　　广东拳师黄飞鸿带着徒弟肥肥到泰国探访好友朱贵。途中救起受重伤的小狮子，并将其扶往朱贵家中疗伤。恶霸顾宗武，企图垄断码头搬运生意，唆使手下向朱贵的工人捣乱，朱贵调解后返家，邀黄飞鸿师徒到肥肥姐姐玉英之酒楼设宴为黄飞鸿接风。后黄飞鸿收小狮子为徒。一日，顾手下因追捕一名逃走少女，与郝标发生争执，顾见郝标身手不凡，收买他做其手下，并命其对付朱贵及黄飞鸿。顾偷运毒品，为朱贵窥见，命手下爪牙除去朱贵，肥肥亦惨遭毒手。后黄飞鸿获悉内情，准备向警方报案，将顾等绳之于法，但此时，顾率郝标等众爪牙包围黄飞鸿，欲将众人灭口。黄和小狮子与对方斗智斗勇，以绝技将顾等人消灭。

　　由已故的关德兴师傅演绎1974年郑昌和作品《黄飞鸿少林拳》，是其中一部经典的黄飞鸿电影之一。关德兴从1949年起，一共拍过80多部黄飞鸿电影，1996年逝世，享年91岁。邵氏《天下第一拳》(1972)让韩国导演郑昌和享誉亚洲，赢得「动作片导演」的称誉，1973年后来在嘉禾罗致下，这部《黄飞鸿少林拳》是郑大导与关德兴难得的一次合作拍摄动作民间电影，又让黄飞鸿影片再现，值得电影迷珍藏。片中还有黄家达、苗可秀和黄仁植主演。
《黄飞鸿少林拳》电影的故事内容讲述恶霸顾宗武企图垄断码头的搬运生意，并唆使手下向朱贵属下的工人捣乱。朱贵调解后返家，邀黄飞鸿师徒到肥肥姐姐玉英之酒楼设宴为黄飞鸿接风。当天，黄飞鸿收下小狮子为徒。某一日，顾宗武手下因追捕一名逃走少女，与郝镖等众爪牙包围黄飞鸿，欲将黄飞鸿等人灭口，黄飞鸿和小狮子一起与对方斗智，以绝技将顾宗武等人消灭……

        PLOT:

        In Bangkok, Kwangtung boxer Wong Fei Hung (The Skyhawk) rescues Hsiao
        Shih Tzu, a young man who fights off five thugs only to be wounded
        himself. The Skyhawk attends to his wound at Chu Kuei's home. Bad man
        Ku Chung Wu plots to monopolize the porter service at the pier, but
        most of the porters are led by Chu. As a result, Ku tries to fan up
        trouble among the porters.

        At a dinner party, Yu-Ying, sister of The Skyhawk's student Fatty,
        complains to The Skyhawk that her husband Wei Wen has become addicted
        to heavy gambling in places run by Ku...
